old goals, new agenda.

ive been sensitive recently abt the studies-related-tension in class.
perhaps i have been slacker for way too long.
perhaps i was too blind to see.
watch me this sem!

school's been really enriching since the term started. i just couldnt stop complimenting how much i learn each day! well, its not that we're gonna all we've learnt now but at least its the paper these days that count. jia you everyone! i would like to thank many people around me who have enlightened me to study. especially friends and new friend who showed me the light during the break. its common for people to say umpteen times to "study hard", but who would take it seriously? for my case, it took me a painful fall to realise... and disappointing them further is not what i am going to do.

by the way, i have finally decided to shift my blog. perhaps to blogspot, lifejournal etc. i seriously like to blog here @ sgbloggers for the intuitive and easy usage. it suits people with a pea-brain like me. however, the FREQUENT server downtime and timeout lags can be a great turn off. it took me more than a term to come to this decision. *watch this space*

sch's been TOUGH yet GOOD! I'm beginning to like school work and i'm beginning to like my competitive friends. its time we put the fun down and chiong again! (Well for my case, minus the "again") I'm being surrounded by GPA 4s and 3.96s... *kicks 3 out of the window*

FYI.. GPA 3 in aerospace is FKING JIA LAT! can go eat shit alr.

Had another round of CADCAM today. after some analyzing, i doubt that the people from the OTHER course are gonna DD (dian di). which means i have to REALLY depend on myself and not try to achieve-success-through-others'-failures. i can afford to miss any of the lessons cos each lesson is 3hrs long and this module is freaking SIX credit units.

however, i might just get some luck from SOM. its 5 credit units and got many people to DD! =]

i was at NUS engineering auditorium for a aerospace seminar today. it about a concept plane which has lowered noise emission. i reckon that it will remain as a concept, but a better version might be coming soon? there's so so much more to consider when it comes to a "phuay kee"..

we were surrounded by professors, lecturers as well as students of NUS. the professors and lecturers were smart looking, and the students look just like us , simple T and jeans. however the difference was significant once they open their mouth..

i need to improve my writing as well as speaking. my new IS module requires me to open my golden mouth and TALK! talking stands 55% of the module and it is NOT impossible to get A.

i was doing food hunting the other day and i came across this "OLD TOWN WHITE COFFEE CAFE" in bukit timah, just behind al-ameen. its actually a branch of the cafe ATFKERS like when we were in Msia. i managed to drag tingting and honghong for lunch there =]

Nothing comes easy.

OMG! thank god school started and we're all back! the first day of school is a challenge, and we were knocked back by the modules. first day of school and im already staying back to complete my work of the day. CAD/M is SIX unit credits okay! my new game in the laptop is called ProE =]

i learnt a valuable lesson today, which might just set me back to a good kickstart. it was during CAD/M when we just learn how to do 3D drawing. the clock shows 4pm and i screwed up everything, as i totally forgotten about CENTRELINE and fked up the whole revolve. i gave up and off the com.

i walked around the class and i saw their faces..
i ran back to my wkstation and switched everything on again..
i left the room at 5, with a huge HUGE grin on my face.

studies is really impt and this has been said by MILLIONS of ppl.
i bet all mothers say that.
no more shit GPA 3+ and F up my own life/career/future/money.
im really regretting for not paying so much attention into studies.
